Ordering Process:Cancel an Order

SchoolFurnitureofCanada.ca endeavors to expedite all orders to customers as quickly as possible.

In the event you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please give us a call.

A formal cancellation request is required and must be in writing by either email or fax. Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the manufacturer. Production fees will apply. However, the sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time.

If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Brand Specific Cancellation Policies:
  • Egan Visual: All canceled orders will incur a production fee of 50% of the merchandise cost.
